It is the near future, and "computer glasses" have replaced mobile phones as the most indispensable gadget of modern society. With them, one can access information on the Net anytime, anywhere; on the streets, no child is seen without a pair of them.

OKONOGI Yuuko is an sixth-grader who's just moved to Ooguro City, a modern city that boasts the latest network infrastructure in Japan. There she meets AMASAWA Yuuko, a girl who shares her name and age but with a completely opposite personality. As Yuuko's circle of friends expands, the girl quickly finds herself in all sorts of fascinating situations, in this unique slice-of-life sci-fi drama series.

This 26-part TV series is directed by ISO Mitsuo, and based on the novel by writer and screenwriter MIYAMURA Yuuko* (in collaboration with Iso Mitsuo).

* Not to be confused with MIYAMURA Yuuko the seiyuu, who bears the same name.
